It may happen that you want to return an order. Maybe because you don’t like the product or maybe there is another reason why you wouldn’t want the order anyway. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. For the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier, e.g. PostNL, DPD or DHL. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
May the product damaged if the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when you return it.
Do you want to exchange your product? No problem at all. You can contact email@example.com. However, you bear the costs of returning the product yourself. Of course, the same conditions apply as for returns regarding the condition of the product.
